Warm Winds

You touched my life intermittently,

Sunshine serenity and morose spells,

Touched again,

Startled you grabbed hold,

Roaring passion never let go,

In this tight embrace pushed warm winds across my skin,

Soaked in addictive nicotine flowing through my veins,

In my head I let you in,

Courses through my body through my fingers and onto this page,

And we’ll wake to do it tomorrow again and again.
